Culinaire, Inc. is a U.S.D.A. and F.D.A. inspected Food Manufacturing facility, privately owned and managed since 1996. The U.S.D.A. regulates all Meat and Poultry production, while the FDA regulates production of seafood on a daily basis in our facility.
Culinaire manufactures in a state of the art facility located in Denver, Colorado. Our facility is fully HACCP compliant and is also inspected annually by independent food safety audit companies.
