Call customer service at 877-502-9100 and you will be placed in the hands of one of our company chefs. Either provide us with a recipe or explain your concept to us and we will begin working on your project. Recipes are stored in a data base and a digital photo taken for accurate replication.

Products are available either shipped directly from our facility to yours, or from a distributor. We may not have one in your specific area, and would be happy to work with a distributor you have introduced us to.

As of now we do not offer any Kosher certified products.

Frozen products have a shelf life of 6 months. Fresh products are intended for same day consumption, and are only available for local delivery.

For Foodservice products nutritional labels are kept on hand at our facility. Retail products always have Nutritional information on the package.

All Culinaire Inc. products are currently inventoried in Foodservice case packs only. Retail packaging (either our label or private label) can be designed for your particular needs. Minimums apply. Please call for further information.

Our products are blast frozen.

All of our products go through criteria of testing to make sure they are "user friendly" to work with. Each box label comes with simple cooking or reheating directions. All of our products are "cook from frozen", thus saving the need for unwanted additional steps. Some products are designed to be defrosted and served.

Lead times will vary based on the nature of the project.

All Hors d' Oeuvres are packed in master boxes of 100 with tray inserts of 20 or 25 each. The trays are covered in shrink film with "pinholes" to allow that product to breathe and prevent frost and condensation build up.
