From whom can I purchase Culinaire Inc. products?
Products are available either shipped directly from our facility to yours, or from a distributor (we may or may not have one in your specific area). We would be happy to work with a distributor you have introduced us to.
How does direct ship to our property work and cost?
The answer depends on your location and order quantity. Overnight air and Frozen freight trucking is available. Please call for quotes and ask about the contribution we can make toward the cost of shipping. Over the years we have been told by our out of state customers that a cost of Hors d Oeuvres shipped by overnight air was less expensive than was locally available.
Do you make or carry Kosher products?
As of now we do not offer any Kosher certified products.
What is the shelf life of your products?
The majority of our products have a shelf life of one year.

Do you provide nutritional facts on your products?
For Foodservice products, nutritional labels are kept on hand at our facility. We are in the process of incorporating Nutritional Facts onto all labels.
Foodservice vs. Retail?
All Culinaire Inc. products are currently inventoried in Foodservice case packs only. Retail packaging (either our label or private label) can be designed for your particular needs. Minimums apply. Please call for further information

Our products are blast frozen.

Do products need to be defrosted prior to baking, reheating or frying?
All of our products are “cook from frozen”, thus saving the need for unwanted additional steps.
How does Custom Food Production work?
Call customer service at 877-502-9100 and you will be placed in the hands of one of our company chefs. Either provide us with a recipe or explain your concept to us and we will begin working on your project. Recipes are carefully stored in a data base and a digital photo taken for possible replication. Order lead times will vay depending on the nature of the project and location of your property. I do not have professional chefs to prepare these products. Can they succeed?
All of our products go through a criteria of testing to make sure they are “user friendly” to work with. They are tested for an extended period of time to stand in a chafing dish. Each box label comes with simple cooking or reheating directions. They can cook in small counter top ovens and table top fryers. The majority of our fried products are flash fried and can be placed in an oven to reheat if no fryer is present.
What are ordering lead times?
We strive at all times to keep appropriate amounts of inventory on hand. Most of the time we are able to schedule for delivery and have the product leave the facility promptly. We will always do our best to accommodate your requested time frame however to be “safe” allow 72 hours manufacturing time.
How are your products packed?
All products are packed in masted boxes of 100 with tray inserts of 20 or 25 each. They may also be bagged in tamper proof sealed bags with 50 each. The trays are covered in shrink film with “pinholes’ to allow that product to breath and prevent frost and condensation build up.
