Crab Cake Ingredients

Filling: Crab Meat (Pasteurized Crab Meat, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate- to promote color retention) Imitation Crab (Water, Fish Protein (Contains one or more of the following: Pollack, Cod and or Pacific Whiting), Wheat Starch, Sugar, Potato Starch, Contains 2% or less of: King crab Meat, Natural and Artificial Flavor (Soy), Sorbitol, Egg Whites, Carrageenan, Tapioca Starch, Sodium Pyrophosphate Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Salt, Carmine, Paprika Oleoresin, Modified Food Starch, Soy Lecithin), Liqiud Egg(Whole Eggs, Citric Acid (to preserve color), 0.15% water added as a carrier for Citric Acid), Onion, Lemon Juice, Breadcrumbs(Bleached Wheat Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Soybean Oil),Spices), Mayonnaise (Soybean Oil, Water, Corn Syrup, Egg Yolk, Vinegar, Salt, Spice, Calcium Disodium EDTA (to protect flavor), Salt, Cream Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Stabilizers (Carob Bean and or Xanthan Gum and or Guar Gum), Bell Pepper), Crust: (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Liquid Egg (Whole Eggs, Citric Acid (to preserve color), 0.15% water added as a carrier for the Citric Acid)

Retailer Preparation Directions

Fry from frozen at 350F for 30 seconds, or until lightly browned. An internal temperature of 158F must be reached.

Customer Heating Directions

Preheat an oven to 350F and bake on a sheet pan for 10 minutes, or until heated through. An internal temperature of 158F must be reached. Ovens vary adjust accordingly.
