Retailer Preparation Directions

Place frozen product in an oven preheated to 400F and bake for 25 minutes for medium rare, or until the desired internal temperature is reached. Fully cooked would reach an internal temperature of 158F.

Customer Heating Directions

Preheat an oven to 350F and bake on a sheet pan for 10 minutes, or until the desired internal temperature is reached. Medium rare is recommended (135F internal temperature). Fully cooked would reach an internal temperature of 158F. Ovens vary adjust accordingly.
