Pork Schnitzel Ingredients

Pork Loin, Breadcrumb Crust (Bleached Wheat Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Soybean Oil), Liquid Egg (Whole Eggs, Citric Acid, 0.15% added as a carrier for water, Citric Acid added to preserve color), Enriched Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Seasoning, Salt, Sage)


Retailer Preparation Directions

Place frozen product in oil preheated to 350F. Flash fry for about 30 seconds. Thereafter place on a sheet pan and bake until an internal temperature of 158F is reached.

Customer Heating Directions

Preheat oven to 350F and bake on a sheet pan for 10 minutes, or until heated through. An internal temperature of 158F must be reached.
