Purple Eggplant Roasted and encrusted in toasted breadcrumbs. Layered with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses, as well as our house made Marinara Sauce.

Defrost and place in display case.

Customer Heating Directions

Preheat oven to 375F and bake for 20 minutes, or place into a microwave oven and heat on high for 1 1/2minutes or until heated through. An internal temperature of 158F must be reached.
