Culinaire has a dedicated Quality Assurance team led by company President Leo Reiff. The president of the company is involved directly with quality assurance because food safety is a non-negotiable principle to us. We are committed to maintaining the best in food safety standards along every aspect of the food production process.
Culinaire is an SQF III facility, which is the highest level of food safety certified by the Safe Quality Food Institute. Our facility is also FSMA and FDA compliant, and we are a USDA Inspected Facility. We are committed to product safety and integrity. We use Murray Brown Laboratories for all our testing needs. Murray Brown in turn is accredited by Perry Johnson.
Our hood lineup includes equipment that can be used to bake, roast, sauté, slow cook, deep fry, char, grill, and sear. We also can sheet our own doughs and pastries (no proofing). We use Rheon Coextrusion and Anko Machinery for empanadas, calzones, ravioli and turnovers. Our dicing, slicing, and etc. is mechanized by Holac technology. We currently offer shrink and vacuum packaging.
We have four manufacturing lines each capable of producing 7,500 handmade pieces a day. Employing our mechanized processes increases that capacity even more. Our facility footprint is 10,000 sq ft.
